This may make someone more likely to buy this magazine because it shows that the magazine is informative and will give a heads up to upcoming events so students can get involved if they want.

Sport Teams
This would be appealing to students that are sporty and do sport. It would also appeal to students who want join sports teams without doing sport as a subject.

Making a schedule to manage time
This would appeal to new students especially who have just completed their GCSE's. As there is a massive jump between year 11 and 12 and the work load a schedule for time management would be very useful and would help the student cope more.

Use free's to the max
This would advise the audience to use their free periods more wisely and show them that spending time with friends is fun but getting good grades to help with the future is more important.

Competition
This would appeal to the audience because it gives them the chance to win something for free that would help them in their future studies and courses chosen. This would bring in a wider audience to read the magazine.

How to cope with stress- A student story
This would appeal to my target audience because A-levels are very stressful and some students don't know how to cope. By having a personal story of how a student overcame the stress to achieve the best they can will show the audience they can as well and to persevere.

Managing time- A student story
This would appeal to the audience because it would be another personal story of how a student was able to manage their time instead of hearing from a member of staff of how to it would be a student which would have more of an impact.

Things to do that relieve stress
This would appeal to students because college life is very stressful and it would give them ideas of what to do to relieve some of the stress, calming them down and making it easier to concentrate on work instead of stressing about not getting it done in time.

Extra curricular activities
This would appeal because it would give students an insight into extra activities that are available, at student prices, that can be done to use up some spare time but still be engaged.

Student opinions on college life
This lets the students give their opinion on what college is like and how it is different. This would attract more of an audience and would make the students active members of the audience.
